It wasn’t that we knew exactly what we wanted for a ceremony, it was that we knew what we didn’t want. We had to work backwards, a bit, and Rev. Gwen was able to walk with us through formatting a combination of spiritual vows and common language to create an evening which was both dynamic and deeply profound.

She was joyful, responsive, and very wise in how she approached our wedding, asking good questions when interviewing us before we proceeded in scripting our ceremony and holding us accountable for our intentions when writing our vows. We are Buddhist and Divine Scientist Christians, respectively, and my wife and I really worked hard on both crafting the ceremony and the cues for guest participation. Rev, Gwen gave us a lot of room to maneuver but also made smart suggestions and observations which helped to guide us efficiently.
