Fees & Payments
Weddings
Wedding fees are based on the amount of time that it takes to write your unique ceremony and vows, plus the travel time required to get to your wedding from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I charge $50 per hour. Most ceremonies take approximately five hours to prepare including writing, phone calls, emails, research and editing until we get it just the way you like it. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due before the wedding ceremony begins.
If you are a mixed faith couple, I can research cultural rituals that fit your particular histories and differing customs, then find a way to blend them together to reflect your beliefs and honor your family members. All of the ceremonies I have created have been memorable and different from any others people have experienced.
I am also available to perform a standardized “Justice of the Peace” ceremony for a lower flat fee if that is what you need. It is a classic wedding ceremony and no writing time is required on my part, and therefore the price is lower. I will send you a copy, you approve it, and then we meet on the day of your ceremony.
I am available to travel anywhere in the world to perform your ceremony. Travel expenses and accommodations (where required) would need to be provided.

Wedding Rehearsals
An optional Wedding Rehearsal is available for $75 per hour if you feel you need one. One hour is usually sufficient.
Pre-Marital Counseling
The best investment you can make for your future together is Pre-Marital Spiritual Counseling, available for $75 per hour. It is recommended that you have at least one session before you marry, to make sure that you and your beloved are both in agreement about the way you will live your lives, raise your children (if you have any) and practice your religious and/or spiritual beliefs. Most couples are extremely pleased with the results, knowing that they have thoroughly investigated all aspects of their future together, and that they make their decision to join together in full awareness and acceptance of each other.
Funerals and Memorial Services
Fees are based on the length of time that it takes me to meet with the family members to learn about the deceased, writing the eulogy, plus the travel time required to get to your service from
Albuquerque, New Mexico. Graveside service is included. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due before the funeral begins.
